Elected candidates file expenses details
ISLAMABAD, Oct 20: Successful candidates of the elections on Sunday filed with the Election Commission the details of their expenditures incurred on the campaign.
The offices of returning officers remained open till 3pm to receive the returns.
According to the Election Commission, the returning officers intimated the returns through fax to the EC secretariat. Sources said most of the successful candidates had already submitted details of their expenditures.
The Election Commission will announce names of successful candidates, which will
be published in the official gazette within a couple of days.—APP
