KARACHI: Mental health week from 27th

KARACHI, Oct 17: The Pakistan Association for Mental Health will organize a mental health week from Oct 27 to Nov 3, says a press release.

It adds that the World Federation for Mental Health had announced that the 2002 campaign will focus on the effects of trauma and violence on children and adolescents.

The press release says a number of events are planned during this week to help and educate the public on the effects of trauma and violence on children and adolescents.

In this connection, a free mental health camp will be held at the Institute of Behavioural Sciences on Nov 3 from 9.30am to 2pm.
