KARACHI, Oct 8: A live surgery workshop on hypospadias was organized by the Kidney Centre at its premises here on Tuesday, in collaboration with the Association of Paediatric Surgeons and the Pakistan Association of Urological Surgeons. Participants were given a live demonstration of hypospadias surgery.
This is a birth defect in children which requires surgery for correction.
Operations were conducted and many types of surgical techniques were performed for the participants to learn and to gain experience. The workshop was a part of the continuing medical education for doctors.—APP
