ISLAMABAD, Oct 1: The Registrar of the Supreme Court on Tuesday said the Supreme Court bench hearing an election petition on Monday did not observe that the Legal Framework Order, 2002, needed approval of parliament and the PCO laws had no legal status.

The registrar said: “This is misreporting. No such observation was made during the hearing of the aforesaid election petition”.
