SANGHAR, Sept 23: The Perumal police on Monday arrested three persons accused of killing their brother-in-law, at the Siranwari village, near Kandiaro, a few days ago.
The deceased, Bhoorio Bheel, had come from Balochistan to take back his estranged wife. His brother-in-laws, Arjun Das, Goind Mal and Umnayo Bheel, objected this and accused him of torturing their sister.
The deceased was attacked with the hatches in the night, and his head was severed from the body by his brother-in-laws who buried the body in the house and threw the head in a nearby sugarcane field.
This was witnessed by a three-year-old child, Arjun, who told this to his friends and the crime was exposed.
The police have discovered the half-decomposed body and arrested the killers.
DROWNS: A Rangers sepoy, Falak Sher, 27, drowned in the Nara Canal on Sunday near Hathungo bridge.
While washing his clothes his shirt fell into the canal and when he tried to retrieve it, he also slipped down in the canal and drowned. His body was fished out after two hours.
He belonged to Cheecha Watni, Punjab, and had been married 45 days ago.
