Inter-varsity debating
LAHORE, Sept 21: The semi-finals of the All-Pakistan Inter-University Debating Champion-ship will be held at the Lahore University of Management Sciences on Sunday (today).
As many as 24 teams participated in the preliminary round of the championship on Saturday. Eight teams qualified for the semi-finals.
The teams are: two teams each from the LUMS and the Salamat School System, and one team each from the Government College, Lahore; the Lahore Grammar School, Defence branch; the Lahore College of Arts and Science; and the Beaconhouse School, Defence branch.
Last year, 12 teams had participated in the championship. — Reporter
