Blair’s dossier said to link Iraq to Al Qaeda

By Amanullah Ghilzai

LONDON, Sept 15: The document of evidence against Iraq, which Prime Minister Tony Blair is publishing soon, will reveal the Iraqi leader Saddam Hussain trained leading Al Qaeda terrorists.

The Sunday Telegraph reports that a draft version of the dossier contains detailed information about how Abu Zubair and Rafid Fatah, key lieutenants of Osama bin Laden, had training in Iraq and retain links to the Baghdad regime.

Downing Street has refused to comment on the dossier ahead of its publication on Sept 24, the day when parliament is recalled to debate Iraq.
