RAWALPINDI, Aug 26: The judge of anti-terrorist court on Monday awarded six months of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs1,000 to a member of a banned outfit.
In case, he fails to pay the fine, he, Abdur Rehman, will have to undergo one more month in jail.
According to Waris Khan police, the convict was a member of Sipah-i-Sahaba and Lashkar-i-Jhangvi and was possessing inflammatory literature when arrested.
The additional district and sessions judge, Chaudhry Imtiaz, on Monday summoned four persons, who had allegedly sodomised a boy.
The complaint was filed by Sarwar, who had contended in the petition that his 16-year-old brother had been sodomised by four persons. He maintained that his brother was dragged by four persons to a house where he was sodomised.
