Race against time

LAHORE, Aug 13: Almost all political parties will have to make a race against time to be able to select their candidates for national and provincial seats if the Election Commission starts receiving nomination papers from Aug 16, as indicated by CEC Justice Irshad Hasan Khan (retired). —Staff Reporter
