HYDERABAD, Aug: 13: The chairman, Pakistan Minority Inqalabi Tehrik, and the provincial president, All Pakistan Minority Alliance, Saleem Khursheed Khokhar, has announced that the minorities would stage protest demonstrations outside the Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur press clubs on Aug 15 against armed attacks on churches, schools, and other properties of the minorities.

He said this while addressing a meeting of the minority parties on Monday.

He said that lawlessness and terrorism in Pakistan had broken all previous records and no one was safe in the country.

He regretted that the minorities, especially Christians, and their worship places and schools were being targeted by the terrorists with complete impunity.

He demanded the government to take effective steps against the terrorists.

EXAMS: The semester examinations of the MPA, evening, first year, first term, 2001-2002 will be conducted from Aug 19 in the Department of Public Management Sciences, University of Sindh, Jamshoro.

According to a university announcement that the last date for submitting the examination forms has been fixed as Aug 16.
