Pemra not to extend time for EoI submission


ISLAMABAD, Aug 4: The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) has set August 5 as the last date for the submission of applications to obtain licenses for broadcast stations.

A statement issued by the Pemra said there would be no extension in the submission date.

The authority has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) from the Pakistani companies willing to establish radio broadcast stations in the country. The licenses will be issued under the categories of national, provincial, local or community based and specialized subject.—APP
