KARACHI, July 13: The Provincial Monitoring and Coordination Secretariat, in order to check the growing incidents of highhandedness of government officials and redress public grievances, has decided to establish two complaint cells each at Karachi and Malir.
Complaint Cell at Karachi will look after less Karachi City Government, whereas complaint cell at Malir will look after the Karachi City Government.
The complaint cells have been functioning from July 8 directly under director, provincial monitoring and coordination Secretariat, Brig. Naveed Nasar Khan.
The complaint cell has been located at Headquarters Karachi Logistics Area Liaquat Barracks, Karachi-4.
