Man sentenced to death
RAWALPINDI, July 11: Additional District and Sessions Judge Chaudhry Imtiaz Ahmad on Thursday sentenced a murderer to death.
According to the FIR registered by Kahuta police on December 7, 2000, the convict, Ishfaq, shot dead his nephew, Mohammad Shakil, over a property dispute. Civil Judge Hidayat Ullah Shah remanded a woman to judicial lockup for three days. The woman allegedly got prepared fake ownership documents for a stolen wagon.
