KARACHI July 10: The Supreme Court of Pakistan’s registry has rejected leave-to-appeal on plea against Town Police Officer, Liaquatabad and two others, and upheld the judgment of the Sindh High Court.
The petitioner challenged granting pre-arrest bail to an accused charged for theft by Sessions Judge, Karachi Central, and claimed that the TPO Liaquatabad did not take notice of his complaints and declined to lodge the FIR on time.—PPI
