ISLAMABAD, May 21: The European Union Commissioner for External Relations, Chris Patten, arrived here on Tuesday for a three-day visit to Pakistan.
He will discuss with Pakistani authorities the expansion of political and economic ties between Pakistan and the EU.
Mr Patten is also scheduled to meet President Pervez Musharraf, Finance Minister Shaukat Aziz and other government officials. He will also be giving a lecture on EU foreign policy here on Wednesday at the Institute of Strategic Studies.
