KARACHI: Six cars, 21 bikes hijacked

KARACHI, May 20: Twenty-seven vehicles — six cars and 21 motorcycles — were either hijacked or stolen in the city on Monday, the police said.

Two cars were hijacked. Four others were stolen.

Seven motorcycles were hijacked. Fourteen others were stolen.

The police also claimed on Monday to have recovered two cars and three motorcycles in the city.

Original documents of a car (Q-2210), belonging to Mehnaz Alvi, were stolen on Monday.

The documents were stolen from the car when it was parked outside the residence of Ms Mehnaz.

ROBBERY: One robbery was committed in the city on Monday, the police said.

Bandits barged into the house of Ms Nighat in Saddar police limits and got away with gold jewellery.
