Hottest day
BAHAWALPUR, May 6: The people of Bahawalpur experienced the hottest day on Monday as the mercury shot up to 45.5 degrees Celsius. Most of the people preferred to stay indoors.
CASE REGISTERED: Hasilpur City police on Monday registered a case against seven people for harassing a woman, Sughran Mai and her two daughters, for not casting a vote on the referendum day at Chak 75-E.
Police have so far not arrested Ashfaq and his six accomplices.
