SIALKOT, March 29: Toxic liquor death toll rose to 25 on Friday when nine more people died in different hospitals of the city.
Sixteen of the toxic liquor consumers, including a seller and his brother, had died on Thursday.
Of the Friday’s dead, eight were identified as Mehmood alias Moodi, Mohammad Arif, Mehmood of Langarianwali village, Nazir Ahmad Gujar of Chhani village, Bashir Ahmad, Babar Sial and his brother Qamar Sial, and Waseem Shahbaz.
