ABBOTTABAD, Feb 16: District Naib Nazim Barrister Javed Abbasi said on Friday that all the union councils of the district are being treated equally.

Addressing a public meeting at Danna Union Council, Goreeni Havelian, 14 million rupees had been allocated for the purchase of furniture  for the government schools in the district.

He said the Lora Union Council would be made a model UC.

He said tenders had been floated and work would be started shortly on development projects in the city.

He said survey and paper work on proposals forwarded by the union council Nazims was in final stage.—Correspondent
