Rawalpindi facing defeat

KARACHI, Feb 9: Rawalpindi were facing defeat after losing second innings wickets after conceding a massive 194-run lead to hosts Sheikhupura on the third day of the Quaid Trophy Grade-I match at Sheikhupura Stadium Saturday.

Rawalpindi still need three runs to avoid an innings defeat after reaching 191 for six at stumps.

Earlier, Sheikhupura carried their first innings total to 429 all out having resumed at 312 for five.
