11 bikes, seven cars hijacked

KARACHI, Jan 16: Eighteen vehicles — seven cars and 11 motorcycles — were either hijacked or stolen in the city on Wednesday, the police said.

Four cars were hijacked and three others stolen in districts East, South and Central.

Five motorcycles were hijacked and six others stolen in districts South, East, Central, and West.

ROBBERIES: Three robberies were committed in the city on Wednesday, the police said.

Amir Bakhsh lodged an FIR at SITE police station that four armed men robbed him of cash at his factory.

Mohammed Naeem lodged a complaint at Mehmoodabad police station that unidentified men barged into his house and looted cash, gold jewellery and other valuables.

Mohammed Nazeer lodged a complaint at Baloch Colony police station that unidentified men robbed him of cash.
