Century stand for last wicket

LAHORE, Jan 9: A captain knock by former Test batsman, Aamir Malik, helped Lahore Whites make a respectable 285 in their first innings on the second day of their Quaid-i-Azam Trophy match against Sheikhupura at Sheikhupura Stadium, according to a message received here Wednesday.

By close of play, Sheikhupura were in trouble at 137 for six.

However, the highlight of the day was the last wicket stand of 109 between Aamir Malik (78 not out) and Mohammad Asif (24) after Lahore Whites resumed at 141 for seven.
