US defence official visits GHQ

RAWALPINDI, Dec 24: Les Brownlee, Under-Secretary of United States Army, called on Vice Chief of Army Staff, Gen Mohammad Yousaf Khan at General Headquarters here this morning.

Later, Les Brownlee and members of the delegation visited Ministry of Defence and called on Secretary Defence Lt-Gen (retd) Hamid Nawaz Khan.

On arrival, Mr Brownlee was received by the secretary defence and other senior officials of the ministry.—APP
