KARACHI, Dec 22: The date for the receipt of nomination papers for elections to the 32 committees of the City Government, scheduled to begin on Dec 27, has been extended.
According to an announcement of the City Government, the nomination papers, earlier to be received on Dec 22 from 9am to 2pm, will now also be received on Dec 24 from 9am to 4pm.
The scrutiny of nomination papers, which earlier was to be held on Dec 24 from 10am to 12noon, will now take place on Dec 26 from 10am to 12noon.
