Law, order situation at DPs camp averted

By Our Staff Reporter

ISLAMABAD, Nov 20: A law and order situation was created in the Roghani camp when several armed men pulled down some 70 tents on Monday, temporarily halting the shifting of refugees from Killi Faizo, UNHCR said on Tuesday.

The situation was brought under control by law enforcement agencies, UNHCR spokesman Yousaf Hassan said at a news conference.

The tents were pulled down by tribesmen who were agitating against the setting up of the refugee camp at Roghani, he added.
