PESHAWAR, Nov 9: A workshop on “Disaster Management” is to be held here on Saturday at the Khyber Teaching Hospital.
The workshop, being organised by the hospital in collaboration with Pakistan Islamic Medical Association, will be addressed by leading medical practitioners from across the country.
All members of the crisis management teams of the three hospitals of the provincial capital, including delegates from all over the province, will participate in the moot.
The programme will cover topics on conventional and non-conventional war injuries, including principles of disaster management in chemical, nuclear and biological warfare.—Bureau
