Lebanon’s official National News Agency says the death toll from an earlier Israeli strike on the southern town of Adloun has risen to at least eight, according to Al Jazeera.

The agency reported that an Israeli raid on the al-Hartiya area, on the outskirts of Adloun, killed eight Syrian nationals, including children.

The updated toll comes as rescue teams continue to search the area following the attack.
