Pakistan, Saudi Arabia discuss regional developments, stress dialogue and diplomacy for lasting peace: FO

Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud has voiced the kingdom’s support for Pakistan’s continued diplomatic efforts to end the Middle East war, the Foreign Office (FO) says.

In a call with Riyadh’s top diplomat, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar discussed the latest regional developments, with the pair emphasising “the importance of dialogue and engagement for achieving lasting peace and stability”.

The FO adds that both top diplomats have agreed to remain in close contact.
