Erdogan urges Trump to stop violence at Gaza aid hubs
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says he has asked United States President Donald Trump to intervene to stop the Gaza aid centre shootings, which the United Nations says have killed more than 600 people, Al Jazeera reports.
“There are people who are being killed in food queues. You need to intervene here so that these people are not killed,” Erdogan said when he met Trump at a Nato summit in late June, the Anadolu news agency said.
