Gaza’s Ministry of Health has said the confirmed total death toll from Israeli attacks since the start of the conflict in October 2023 has now risen to at least 56,531 with 133,642 people wounded, Al Jazeera reports.

Since Israel broke a truce agreed with Hamas on March 18, at least 6,203 Palestinians have been killed and more than 21,601 wounded.
