Gaza’s civil defence agency has said the death toll from an Israeli strike today on a school turned shelter for displaced people has risen to 33, AFP reports.

“The number of martyrs in the Fahmi Al-Jarjawi school massacre in the Al-Daraj neighbourhood of Gaza City is at least 33, with dozens of injured, mostly children, including several women,” agency spokesman Mahmud Bassal said.
