The UN agency for Palestinian refugees UNRWA has said, “The entire population of the Gaza Strip continues facing a critical risk of famine following 19 months of conflict, mass displacement, and severe restrictions on humanitarian aid.”

“The siege must be lifted to allow aid to reach those in need,” the agency wrote on X.
