Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he is convening the security cabinet to discuss “the next stage” of military operations in Gaza, Al Jazeera.

Israeli officials will discuss the expansion of the Gaza attack and a possible resumption of aid into the besieged enclave, two unnamed government officials told Reuters news agency.
