Boy injured in Quetta blast

QUETTA: A 7-year-old boy was injured in a blast in the Hazar-Ganj area, located on the outskirts of Quetta, on Friday, police said.

According to officials, the boy was playing when the explosion occurred, leaving him injured. Police rushed to the site and shifted the child to Civil Hospital. His condition is reported to be stable.

“It could be a landmine which blew up. We are investigating the incident,” a police officer said.
