The armed wing of Hamas has said three Israeli captives, including a US citizen, were killed as Israeli forces attacked the Nuseirat refugee camp, Al Jazeera reports.

The Qassam Brigades made the claim in a statement on its Telegram channel.

Israeli forces secured the release of four captives but killed at least 274 Palestinians in the attack.
