More than 36,654 Palestinians have been killed and 83,309 have been wounded in Israel’s military offensive in Gaza since Oct. 7, the Gaza health ministry has said in a statement, Reuters reports.

Some 68 Palestinians were killed and 235 wounded in the past 24 hours, the ministry added.
