The Israeli military has shot a Palestinian man in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, the Wafa news agency reports.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society said the man was shot in the foot during an Israeli military raid on the city, in which a second man was also arrested.

Israeli forces have also stormed the nearby Balata refugee camp.
