EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has said called an “extraordinary” video meeting of EU foreign affairs ministers on Tuesday following the Iranian attacks on Israel.

In a post on X, Borell said that the objective of the meeting would be to contribute to de-escalation and security of the region.
