The UN agency for Palestinian refugees has said that Israel’s refusal to approve food convoys to Gaza would have the clock “ticking even faster towards famine”.

Speaking to BBC, Juliette Touma highlighted that 0.25 million people in north Gaza depend on UNRWA food aid.
