Israeli security cabinet to meet on truce talks
A statement by the Israeli prime minister’s office said the security cabinet and the smaller five-member war cabinet will meet on Sunday to “decide on the mandate of the delegation in charge of the negotiations before its departure for Doha”, Al Jazeera reports.
It did not specify when the delegation would leave. Reuters, quoting an unnamed source, said the Israeli delegation will be led by the head of the country’s Mossad intelligence agency, David Barnea.
