The Palestinian Authority Ministry of Foreign Affairs is calling on countries who have rejected calls to endorse a ceasefire in the besieged coastal enclave to reconsider their position, AlJazeera reports.

“The ministry condemns the position of these states, which also have not exercised any real pressure on Netanyahu and his government to safeguard the lives of Palestinian civilians and ensure that humanitarian aid is allowed into Gaza for them,” it said in a statement.
