The UN’s humanitarian chief highlighted the plight of Palestinians trapped in Rafah as Israel plans to attack the area packed with 1.4 million displaced people, Al Jazeera reports.

“Unthinkable suffering. They’ve been on the move for months, braving bombs, disease, and hunger. Where are they supposed to go? How are they supposed to stay safe?” said Martin Griffiths.
