The Palestinian ministry of foreign affairs and expatriates has said that “any arrangements that do not guarantee the embodiment of the Palestinian State will keep the fuse of the war cycle burning”.

It added, “All plans and visions proposed regarding the future of Gaza must pass through the gate of Palestinian legitimacy.”
