Yemen’s Houthis say they launched a rocket at US warship ‘Lewis B. Puller’ in the Gulf of Aden, reports Reuters.

The Yemen-based group did not say whether the missile hit the vessel, which it claimed provides logistical support to the US Navy. The Houthis said the attack was carried out “to support the oppressed Palestinian people”.

The US military hasn’t confirmed the attack on the ship, identified as the Lewis B Puller, reports Al Jazeera.
