World Health Organisation chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has appealed to donors not to suspend their funding to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) at “this critical moment”.

In a post on X, Ghebreyesus said cutting off funding would only hurt the people of Gaza who desperately need support.
