The United States and the United Kingdom have carried out airstrikes on the port of Ras Issa in Yemen’s Hodeidah province, Al Jazeera reports citing Houthi-run Al-Masira television.

The reported airstrikes come as the rebel group has ramped up attacks on vessels in the Red Sea, including a strike on Friday that set a fuel tanker ablaze.

The US and UK militaries have yet to confirm the reported strikes.
