Israeli airline El Al is set to cancel a direct flight between Tel Aviv and the South African city of Johannesburg, Al Jazeera reports citing Israel’s Channel 12.

El Al flights between the two cities will be cancelled from April 1. The move comes following a drop in customer demand due to tense relations between the two states since South Africa filed a resolution at the International Court of Justice accusing Israel of “genocide” in Gaza, according to Al Jazeera.
