The head of the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees has said the tank shelling on a UN shelter in south Gaza shows “blatant disregard” for the rules of war, AFP reports.

“Once again a blatant disregard of basic rules of war,” Philippe Lazzarini wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
