Launches from Lebanon damaged base infrastructure: Israeli army

The Israeli military has said that some of the launches by Yemen’s Houthis were intercepted by its air defence system, Al Jazeera reports.

It said there was infrastructural damage on an air force base, but added that there were no casualties in the incident.

Earlier, Hezbollah said it hit the Meron airbase in northern Israel with several rockets.
