Israeli bombardment has killed two Palestinians and injured others in the Abasan area, east of Khan Younis, Al Jazeera reports.

The attack comes a day after Palestinian fighters and Israeli forces engaged in their most intensive fighting in Khan Younis in months, according to war monitors, and after heavy Israeli strikes destroyed more homes and infrastructure in the area.
